Australian Taxation Office, through a network of community volunteers, provides a free tax help program for individuals 50 years and over to assist with simple and straightforward tax returns.
The service is offered by volunteers who are trained by the Australian Taxation office.
The free tax help service can help you if:

Your income is less than $40,000

Your tax return is simple and straightforward
