On October 1st, the International Day of Older Persons the Australian Human Rights Commission launched its 'Age Positive Campaign' - and they're inviting you to share your stories.

Brisbane grandmother and keen athlete Ruth Frith, 99, is in training to compete in the World Masters Games in Sydney in October.
Ms Frith will be the oldest competitor at the games, which focuses on getting people involved no matter what their age or ability.
