COTA invites interested seniors to attend a free community talk to learn about the documents that can be used to record their future health and lifestyle wishes.
This interactive talk will help seniors understand which forms to use, how to complete a plan and who to discuss the plan with. This pilot project is run in conjunction with SA Health until 30th June 2012.
